Born and raised on Nantucket, Sam certainly values the things that make the island community so special. Standing at nearly 7 feet tall, he is hard to miss around the island!  Needless to say, Sam had an illustrious basketball career at the Wentworth Institute of Technology where in 2011, he graduated with a degree in Business Management.      

After pursuing a career in Professional Basketball, Sam returned to Nantucket and worked in the restaurant and beverage industry at the very popular Cisco Brewers.  He developed great relationships and networking skills, which ultimately sparked his interest in the Nantucket real estate market.  Growing up under the guidance of his father and Lee Real Estate’s own Hal Herrick, Sam has been exposed and educated in the Nantucket real estate market.  Sam enjoys spending his free time traveling, fishing, golfing, and all things outdoors.
