This newly updated cottage offers an easy and beachy interior with a spacious yard for playing. This is a small scale house with one bedroom and two large lofts. The master has a king bed and the 2 lofts include a queen and two twins, and a queen and a full. There is one large bathroom with a new vanity and vessel sink, toilet and a large walk in shower. We also have a new outside shower with privacy fencing. The kitchen has new stainless appliances and dining table for 10. The main living space has a wood burning fireplace, TV, and plenty of games for family fun night. There is also a sitting room with another TV.
