First Floor Description
A large, top-of-the-line, fully equipped and highly functional gourmet kitchen inside. Two burners, a lobster pot burner, sink and large grill outside.
A dining room and informal dining in the breakfast room overlooking the infinity pool with vistas of Weweeder Marsh. There is a Yamaha Clavinova CSP-170 digital piano with adjustable volume and headphones in the breakfast room.
The living room has an 82” 4K TV. There is a sizable master suite (king) with a large adjoining den, a walk-in closet, and a master bath with shower, tub and its own outdoor shower with a scenic vista east over acres of conservation land. This bedroom flows out to its small covered patio facing south, then to its small garden with a path out to the pool area.
There are two laundry rooms and a powder room on this floor.
There are many Sonos zones on this level, inside and out and a house Spotify account. The kitchen has an iPad to control the Sonos speakers with links to property instructions, advice on local trails to Surfside, south shore and Miacomet beaches and applications that provide a self guided concierge service with links to island weather, tides, trail maps, yoga and pilates classes, public golf, festivals, camps, restaurants and daily emails with island news.
Second Floor Description
One large king bedroom suite with pull-out queen couch and two sitting chairs, a full jacuzzi bath and double-head shower, a Sonos One and outside deck overlooking the pool, backyard, conservation land, and a peek at the ocean.
The home’s third king bedroom and one twin bedroom share a full shower/bath off the hallway.
