Main House
First floor: From the entry a hall leads to a family room with large windows and gorgeous views of the sprawling back yard and pool area. To your left is a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, perfect for entertaining a large group of friends or family. Down the hall is a full hall bath, laundry facilities, and a bedroom that share a Jack and Jill bath; one with twin beds and the other with a queen. To the right of the entry is a well-sized dining room and a family room with a wood burning fireplace. Off the family room are two en suite bedrooms, one with a king and the other with a queen.
Second floor: The second floor features a large sitting room that accesses a deck with spectacular ocean views. To the left, a comfortable media room is complete with oversized couches and a flat screen TV. From the media room is an en suite bedroom with twin beds and a private bath. To the right of the main sitting room is king bedroom suite with ocean views.
Second Floor Description
Cottage: A three-bedroom, 2.5 bath guest house can be accessed either from the Main House via a hidden garden path or from the road via its own separate driveway.
Guest House first floor: Powder room, outdoor shower King room and twin bunk room w tub/shower
