Beyond is the first bedroom with a queen bed with access to a bathroom with a shower accessible from the hallway. The second bedroom is ensuite with a queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower. A back hallway leads to a door for access to the patio.
Second Floor Description
The second floor is light filled, accented with a cathedral ceiling. The great room includes the living area with access to the balcony, dining table with seating for eight guests and the kitchen. Beyond is the primary suite with views of Tupancy Links, a king size bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower.
Other Description
The lower level offers a full second kitchen area, family room with TV, exercise area including a bicycle and free weights and a ping pong table. Beyond is a full bathroom with a steam shower and the laundry room.
The studio is located above the garage and is accessed by way of an external staircase leading to the second level. The space includes a queen sized bed, kitchen with an induction range, mini refrigerator, microwave and sink, as well as a washer/dryer. A bathroom with a shower completes this efficient and welcoming space.
