Happy March! We’re trying to enjoy the quiet island days, but sometimes we all need an event to look forward to! Below are a few of the events happening this week! Paints & Pints Night @ Nantucket Culinary Center
Saturday, March 7th
AAN is coming to the Nantucket Culinary Center tomorrow! Zoe Markham, AAN member, is running a Paints & Pints night. Head down to the Culinary Center on Broad Street for a pint and a night of painting. The event is 21+ and there will be a cash bar. All materials will be provided and all the painters will go home with an original piece! Zoe will be on hand to give the painters tips of the trade.
International Women’s Day Breakfast
Tuesday, March 10th
The Nantucket Chamber of Commerce and the Petticoat Row Women in Business group will be hosting a breakfast in honor of International Women’s Day on Tuesday March 10th at the Nantucket Whaling Museum. Come start your day off with breakfast catered by Lemon Press, a panel of great women in business, followed by a networking event. The panel members are Wendy Hudson, Emily Molden, and Moirar Leveille. For Chamber Members, the tickets are $20 and for non-members it is $25. For more information click here.
Mass Beer Week: ACK Edition
Thursday, March 12th
Everyone’s favorite brewery is hard at work making new and exciting products for us all to try. The latest beer they just launched is called Pint Break. Next week is Beer Week in Massachusetts and Cisco is partnering with the Chamber of Commerce to through a launch party for the newest beer. Head down to the brewery on Thursday for a day of discounted tours, an opportunity to meet the brewers and learn the process, live music with with Lance Mountain, and 10% off beer flights from 5pm to 7pm so you’ll have an opportunity to try them all!
