Looking for something to get you in the holiday spirit? Missing your annual trip to the theater to see the Nantucket Christmas Carol? Don’t worry – just like everything else this year, we’ve got a list of virtual holiday events for you to enjoy!
The Nantucket Nutcracker with Nantucket Ballet
Coming up on December 19th, the Nantucket Nutcracker is putting on a virtual show on Zoom. Be sure to RSVP to get your tickets.
The Nantucket Festival of Trees
The Whaling Museum on Broad Street is currently closed due to the island’s COVID circumstances, but that just means that the holiday season is going to extend that much longer! The Festival of Trees will now run through Valentine’s Day weekend so once the museum re-opens you can still find some holiday cheer. In the meantime, check out their video here for a sneak peek of all the trees and see if you can spot Lee Real Estate’s tree!
Virtual Red Ticket Drawing
One of Nantucket’s signature events is the Christmas Eve Red Ticket Drawing. Usually we will be crowding Main Street in hopes that our ticket will be chosen. This year, you can watch from the comfort of your home and still have the chance to win! So be sure to be collecting all of your red tickets. You can tune in on NCTV, the Nantucket Chamber of Commerce’s social channels, or 97.7 ACK FM.
