A Spotlight on Our Top Sales of the Year

In September 2023, our dedicated team of agents and brokers represented both the buyer and the seller in a record-setting residential real estate sale on Nantucket Island! This $42-million real estate transaction not only broke a record on Nantucket, but in all of Massachusetts.

With the completion of this sale, Lee Real Estate has brokered three of the last four highest transactions on the island, as well as half of all Nantucket real estate transactions over $15 million in the last three years!

These incredible accomplishments are a true testament to our team’s outstanding service, knowledge, and expertise.
